Balancing power and elegance, Underfoot Syrah is a wine of character and joy – similar in disposition to our friendly vineyard cat, Underfoot. We call her Underfoot because she so enjoys pouncing between our narrow Syrah vine rows, often finding herself right where she shouldn’t be: mid-stride between our feet!

Underfoot Syrah is estate-grown on the volcanic rock-filled slopes of George Vineyard in Sonoma Valley. It contains medium-bodied complexity and earthy undertones. Rich layers of dark berry, spirited spice, and a velvety finish make it a perfect pairing with hearty dishes and sophisticated fare.
